Attendance FAQ
Each term (10 classes) should be completed within 12 weeks from the day of payment (excluding statutory holidays).
For any absences due to sickness, travelling or any emergency reason for 2 weeks or less, please contact for make-up class(s) within 12 weeks. Absent classes CANNOT be postponed and are NOT refundable.
Classes will be postponed for Acts of God, such as severe weather conditions, emergencies, teachers being sick, or other unforeseen interruptions.
Long-term absence (3 weeks or more continuous absence) is accepted. Paid classes will be postponed, but the spot is not guaranteed.
