Your child’s safety is our first priority. We aim to provide classes meaningful and fun! Please kindly respect the rules as follows:

1) Arrive at least 5 minutes before class

2) Parents are restricted from staying in teaching area, exception applied to trial students

---

3) 24-hour advance notice of absence is required

---

4) Absence from class without notice for twice or more, your spot is not guaranteed

---

5) One noticed absence for one month is accepted

---

6) Make-up class is ONLY available within a month from the absent day

---

7) Long-term absence (3 weeks or more continuous absence) is accepted. Paid classes will postpone after you return from vocation.

8) No refund for any unnoticed absence

---

9) Holidays: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Day, Christmas & Chinese New Year Eve

10) In any severe weather emergencies, classes may be cancelled. Makeup class and postponement will be arranged

---

11) Any payment less than a term(10 classes) will be charged $20/ hr
